This is not correct. A person diagnosed with coeliac disease is treated as a normal member of the public and can donate blood. If they are shown to be anaemic or have high or low blood pressure, then they are advised to see their GP. Upon treatment, they can return and donate. This is also a good way of having regular health checks.
