I have been told that I may have a slight propensity to developing Type 2 diabetes. How can I cut back on the sugar levels in my diet?
You need to eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly.Don’t go very high on carbs.Carbs break down into glucose and are stored in adipose tissues.Glucose is nothing , but sugar.Avoid deep fried stuffs and fatty substances. If you smoke, please kick that habit.Smoking hampers the insulin utilization in your body.Cut down on liquor consumption if you do.Don’t go for any sort of self medication.Self medication or continued prescribed medication makes you weak from inside and have a lot of side effects.Eat a lots of greens and vegetables and fibrous food. Please try to prevent it, once you get it, there’s absolutely no cure and it’s not easy to control the sugar level fluctuations after that.
