Grass fed beef cooks 30-40% faster than feedlot/grain fed beef. It is a good idea to use an instant read thermometer to check the temperature rather than just your eye to “watch” for doneness, until you have been cooking with grass fed beef for a while. You will be very happy with the results if you take this step.
