According to the Act Respecting the Contracting of Public Bodies, all purchases exceeding $100K must go to public tender. The total value of your purchase is the price less all applicable discounts after all applicable taxes have been added for all the goods purchased from the same vendor. For CFI related purchases, the total value of your purchases is the price less all applicable discounts including CFI in-kind contribution plus all applicable taxes for all the goods purchased from the same vendor.
