I have been to my local recycling banks and they are full/messy/vandalised/tipped over/damaged/graffitied. What should I do?

If banks are full or if there is excess waste around the banks, please report the location, the bank and the problem to the Customer Helpline. This will then be passed onto contractors who will empty the entire bank or pick up litter or excess around the bank.Back to questions.
