In order to start earning funds toward a new Bozzuto home, you must register for the SmartRent program. Once you register, the funds you accumulate will appear in your SmartRent account. You can access you account any time to view your balance. You are eligible to use the funds towards the purchase of a new Bozzuto home after 12 consecutive months of occupancy at a participating Bozzuto managed property.
