I have been red circled, what is the process and timeframe for redeployment?
If you have been red circled you will be eligible for appropriate redeployment opportunities from the date of written confirmation of your grading outcome until the end of the four-year salary protection period. Such redeployment opportunities will be in line with your pre-HERA salary. Redeployment priority will be given to staff in job loss situations and then to red circled staff. Further details of how the process will be applied to red circled staff will be available following confirmation of grading outcomes. It is preferable that the process of establishing whether it is viable to increase the responsibilities of your current post be fully exhausted prior to initiating the redeployment process.
