As soon as possible following confirmation of grading outcomes, your Line Manager should give consideration to the viability of adding additional/revised responsibilities of a higher level to your role. This may or may not be viable. Your Line Manager will not look to remove duties that fit appropriately with other roles to achieve this purpose artificially. However, there may be new responsibilities, not yet allocated, which could be considered. Should the allocation of additional/alternative duties prove viable, your Line Manager will discuss this in further detail with your Link Personnel Manager.
