I have been prescribed Klonopin .5mg im supposed to take 2 everyday, it seems to help but i have a very addictive personality and have been taking more than that everyday im thinking of cutting back on my own.. maybe half a pill a day…any suggestions?

Yes, don’t mess with it. Withdrawing is hell and can be very dangerous doing it on your own. I do love how it works IF you can get a doctor that will prescribe more than the piddly 1mg a day that most seem to be doing these days. Buspar is supposed to be non-addictive and you don’t get that quick fix, like you do from klonopin, but in the long run most folks like it and again, non-addictive. Ask your doc. I’m working on taking Inositol and then I’ll have to face coming off of klonopin which I had to do once because I had taken extra as I had started a new demanding job and ran out a week early and the doctor refused to refill and I had a week of Hell …maybe I should have sued….
