I have been assigned the role of Service Group Head, how do I set up the list of services?
As a Service Group Head one of the tasks is to generate a list of services for your Service Group. It may be useful to consider the types of services identified and listed in the mapping. A list of these with definitions can be found under the Help menu in the blue options box on the left side of the page. To set up your list of services click on List Service in the blue options box on the left. This should take you to a Service Entries page. This page should indicate the name of the Service Group you are going to build up. To add a service click on Add new entry. You will then be asked to choose the entry type from the three available options (please see guidance for recommended approach to entry type). Under Service Group, select the group of services you are listing. Click on Create service questionnaire. This will take you to a blank service questionnaire.
