I have been asked to submit an account, what is needed to satisfy a review by the Public Guardian?
A. You will need to complete and submit the OPG account form along with the relevant account fee. You should also submit vouchers/evidence in support of the account. For example this should include: bank statements, receipts for items over £100 as well as a note of all Income and current Care Costs where applicable.
