Try less demanding weight bearing activities such as cross country skiing, Nordic walking, cycling on a stationary bike, or using an elliptical machine. If you are cycling, place the Gruve in your sock. Swimming is another excellent low-impact activity. Please note, however, that the Gruve is not waterproof. Do not wear it while swimming or doing other water activities. Consult with your physician before starting any activity program.
