When you apply to resit a module the RT will change to RA to notify Taught Student Administration (TSA) that you have applied to resit the module, this will then be changed to A2, A3 or A4 by a member of TSA staff. The A means you have applied and the number indicates which attempt, e.g. A2 = applied for second attempt. If the status was originally R1 and you apply to resit then this will be changed to A1 to indicate that you have applied to resit the module and it is your first attempt.
