I have an SCCA competition licence. Is it equivalent to the CASC Ontario Region licence?

As a U.S. resident, you can present your SCCA competition licence for entry to CASC Ontario regional championship events. In order to be scored for regional championship points, however, you would need to be a member of a CASC Ontario affilated club.
