I have an older Ford vehicle (not OBD II) and it is not in the select new vehicle list. How do I get real-time parameter data?

If the vehicle is not in the Ford EEC-IV Select New Vehicle list then the vehicle does not support real-time parameter data. However, these vehicles still support KOEO/KOER tests. Version 2 Software users, all vehicles are listed in the Ford EEC-IV Select New Vehicle list.
