Yes. Through a series of frequency selectable filters, I can dramatically improve the sound from a noisy tape. I can eliminate background noise such as hiss, but I cannot improve a damaged tape. Many tapes will become wavy sounding when they have been exposed to harsh environments. These are damaged, and I cannot fix them. Sorry.
