I have an often hectic schedule and may have to cancel last minute, what is the cancellation policy?
A. In order to cancel a massage appointment without penalty, I ask that you give at least 3 hours notice of cancellation. Canceling an appointment with less than 3 hours notice or a no show will result in a $20.00 penalty fee. Once you make an appointment I hold that day and time and no one else is able to schedule then. In order to maintain consistency and punctuality you will be asked to pay for the time reserved if you do not provide adequate notice of cancellation.
