No. The administrative leave for interviews applies only to State of Florida agencies. 4. This is an election year and I was wondering if I can take time off work to vote. If the employees work location precludes voting outside of normal working hours and upon the approval of the Division Director or designee, any employee may be granted up to one hour of leave with pay for the purpose of voting during normal working hours. An employee shall not be granted administrative leave to work at the polls during elections.
