For incoming second through eighth grade students, we request a copy of: 1. Most recent report card or progress report 2. STAR or any other testing results We understand that this may not be applicable for children applying for Kindergarten. If you are applying for first grade, please include a copy of the report card for the first grading period at your school. The complete list of student records requirements is included in the registration packet.
