E470 and Northwest Parkway are separate toll roads and operate under separate business rules. Neither Northwest Parkway nor the HOV Lanes on I-25 offer discounted rates for EXpressToll® customers. 24. I don’t have an EXpressToll® account, but E470 told me that I can just drive through their toll plazas without paying, and they will send me a bill for my tolls. Can I do that on Northwest Parkway also? No. If you are traveling the road between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00 pm and do not have an EXpressToll® account, you must stop and pay your tolls by cash. If you travel Northwest Parkway in the overnight hours between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am when our Main Plaza tollbooths are unattended, you may drive through and pay your tolls within 5 days through our website, at www.nwpky.com (see also Question 22).
