For prepaid mobile customers applying Full Mobile Number Portability, you will need to register for a new GREEN Prepaid mobile number with a new SIM card to submit the request. After you have successfully ported over to StarHub, you can approach any StarHub Customer Service Centre, with your valid identification document, to assist you in transferring your remaining balance in your existing GREEN Prepaid SIM card to the new GREEN Prepaid SIM card with the ported-in mobile number before terminating and deregistering your existing GREEN Prepaid mobile number.
