I have an existing BackupAssist license. How do I upgrade to the latest version and how much will it cost?
BackupAssist v5 customers with a current Upgrade Protection subscription will be able to upgrade to BackupAssist v6 for free. You can check your Upgrade Protection subscription by visiting the purchasing page. Just click the ‘Upgrade/Renewals’ tab and scroll down to the ‘Check your Upgrade Protection status’ section. Enter the licence key details for each of your BackupAssist v5 licenses to check if they are up to date. If your subscription/s have expired you will be required to pay the full upgrade price listed on the purchasing page. Version 4 users will have to purchase an upgrade to v6 by visiting the purchasing page. From August 1st to October 31st 2010, we’ll be offering a 25% discount on upgrades from BackupAssist v4 to BackupAssist v6.
