A1.14 – Axis cameras by default require a username and password to see the image. Your browser caches these details when you go to view the image, so you see the live image fine. If you are configuring a feed manually, you will need to enter these as part of the URL. In the source address dialog, immediately after “http://” you need to insert text of the form “:@”, for example, “user1:secert@”. This will ensure that i-Catcher can access your Axis cameras. The best approach however is to use the camera/feed wizard to add the camera which takes care of constructing URLs for you.
