First, though, the WR165 only indicates that the watch is Water Resistant to a depth of 165 feet. The actual model number of the watch should be stamped on the back. Since yours has the three buttons and the stopwatch it should be something like 40/8021BLK or 45/6945BLK or 45/6963. Follow this link to get a PDF of time setting instructions from Armitron. As near as I can tell, all their digital watches are set the same way, where you 1: Press the B (Mode) button until the Monday icon flashes. 2: Release the B (Mode) button and push it again. Now the Seconds and the Tuesday indicator are flashing. 3: Use the C (St/Stp) button to cycle through Minutes, Hours, Date, Day, etc. and use the D (Reset) button to advance each setting to where you want it. 4: Press B (Mode) at any time to return to time-telling mode.
