Cable telephony is compatible with common alarm systems. At the time of your request for a move, it is important that you tell the Vidotron advisor that your new residence is equipped with an existing alarm system or that it will be installed soon. The Vidotron technician will install the telephony accordingly and the alarm company technician will then be able to connect the alarm system to it.
