All uploading takes place in the background. You can also restrict how much bandwidth Mamut Teamwork is allowed to use in the Tools menu. Choose Network and then set the bandwidth you want to commit. By adjusting the bandwidth in relation to your capacity, you will not notice anything when backups are taken. The first-time backup of your files may take a little while. Backing up changes you make to files and folders in your backup tasks will generally take much less time than the very first backup you undertake.
