I have an address in my PAWs E-mail Addressbook that I cannot delete. Why?

Addresses entered with parentheses, “( )”, in the Display Name cannot be edited or deleted. Use alphabetic characters only in the display name. If you have an address that you cannot delete, please contact the Help Desk to have the address removed.
