I have an account registered on usedcommercials offering buses for sale. I am now beginning to offer trucks for sale also, and am wondering do I need to set up a seperate account for this?

Not at all. You can choose to use your adverts in whatever categories you wish. For example, if you have a subscription which gives you 25 adverts on the site, you can have 15 buses and 10 trucks for sale. Or you could also have a number of vans or trailers for sale also. You can spread your adverts over as many categories as you wish.
