I have already purchased a ThinkPad directly from Lenovo and not through the myNotebook program; is support available?
Yes. Information Technology at W&M is an authorized repair center for Lenovo. Simply take your computer to the Technology Support Center for repair. Keep in mind that the spare parts we’ll have on hand will be those needed to service the ThinkPad models purchased through the myNotebook program. We can provide excellent support for other ThinkPads; but repairs will take longer if we need to order parts.
