Yes. Information Technology at W&M is an authorized repair center for Dell. Simply take your computer to IT’s Technology Support Center for repair. Keep in mind that the spare parts we’ll have on hand will be those needed to service the recommended Dell D630 purchased through the myNotebook program. We provide hardware repair service for other Dell laptops as time permits; these repairs will take longer since we’ll need to order parts.
