I have adjusted the thermostat settings on the thermostat directly; however, when I log into PeakRewardsSM Online Access, I do not see my thermostat changes online. What happened?
Currently, a one-way communication exists between the PeakRewardsâ„ Online Access portal and the thermostat where any changes sent online are received by the thermostat. However, any changes made on the thermostat directly are not updated online. BGE is evaluating the feasibility of two-way communications between the thermostat and PeakRewardsâ„ Online Access for the future.
