To be able to see the Family option on My T-Mobile, the telephone number with the Family Booster added needs to be made the primary number within My T-Mobile. To do this, log into My T-Mobile and select My Account details > Manage Accounts then update your main T-Mobile number to the one with the Family Booster added.
