I have added PayPal® / ClickandBuy™/ Alipay as the mode of payment/disbursement. Why does my account still show “Your account is not set up”?
There could be various reasons for your payment/disbursement account not being set up. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue. • Please ensure that you have activated your payment/disbursement mode by clicking the “Activate” link in the e-mail received after PayPal® / ClickandBuy™ / Alipay addition. • If the status is still the same, please logout from the player and login again. The account status should have changed to “Your account has been setup”. • If you still experience problems, please contact customer support by logging in with your email address and password at https://forum.playspan.com/otrs/customer.pl.
