In that case your company profile has been rejected and you have to set up a new company profile. Each profile is checked on a few points. The most important one is checking the existence of the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) dossier and/or whether the company name and address correspond with the information we have been given. If this is not the case or when the wrong Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number has been filled in ( pay extra attention to this!) the moderators will not find the right details for you.
