I have activated Verified by Visa (VbV) and received an email message saying I should personalise my account online. What does it mean?
When you activate VbV during shopping, you receive a pre-assigned personal message. When you personalise your account you can create a different personal message. We recommend that customers who were issued with the pre-selected message should change their message to something personal for increased security and ease of recognition.
