I have activated SMS/textmessage notification in my user account but I do not receive any textmessage although I receive job offers by email. Why that?
Due to efficiency for each inquiry only a limited number of textmessages are sent. If, for example, thirty inquiries for private lessons in London are dispatched e.g. only the first seven will receive a textmessage notification according to an internal ranking order which results from many different factors/criteria such as frequency of arrangements, frequency of feedbacks, response time, assessments/feedback provided by the students, etc.). For it does not makes sense to send repeatedly textmessages to someone who regularly answers these job offers/request only after some days. You could improve your ranking by giving feedback more frequently (not too often! ;-)) or by achieving good assessments from customers like pupils or parents. P.S: Please check your mobile phone number in your user account for typing errors.
