If you have activated your PIN but Tracking is displaying the same information, check the following things: • First, be sure that you are logged in to your My UPS Account when you track your packages. • If you are logged in and still do not receive Signature TrackingTM information when tracking your packages, it is because the owner of the UPS Account has denied access to UPS Signature Tracking information. If you would like to verify your access to UPS Signature Tracking for a specific UPS Account, please contact the individual you designated in your PIN request for that account.
