A. Just reinstall the software again. During the install there is a check box option to install/not install the virtual printers. Make sure this check box is ticked. The software installation files can be found on your server in \\server\volumeFINANCE_database\v25. Replace the word server with the name of your server. Run the setup.exe and accept all the defaults. Q. I’m using JCS and have a client that I want to delete. When I delete the client on JCS and perform the JCS Update on volume the client still exists in volume although it does not in JCS. A. The JCS update will only add new clients and modify existing ones, it will not delete clients. To delete the client from volume refer to the training videos (shortcut on your desktop). Q.
