I have accessed the DLHE April target List system but the DLHE April target List has not been produced. How can I get the list?

In order to generate the target list for the DLHE April survey, institutions will need to submit XML files that conform to the Cyy051 XSD. There is a reduced subset of fields that must be submitted to the DLHE April Target List System in order to calculate and generate the target list. Data over and above this reduced subset of fields can be submitted, however all data must pass validation. If there are any validation errors in the data the system will be unable to generate the target list.
