You can choose EXACTLY what you want to print throughout the program. To only print selected text, you can do the following: • Select the text • Either type the shortcut “Ctrl + P” since the program automatically senses your selection. • OR goto File Print Text menu item • OR right click on your text selection, and select “Print Text ” from the context sensitive menu.
