I have a USB flash drive that will not work with my MediCap. What should I do?

If you have a MediCapture brand flash drive that does not work with your MediCap, please backup all images and videos from the drive onto your computer and then try formatting the drive as described in the next section. If formatting the drive does not correct the problem, please contact MediCapture Technical Support.
