With a UK Ancestry Visa and a Commonwealth citizenship you may stay and work only in the UK. You would need a European Union citizenship to work and live in Berlin or Paris. On an UK Ancestry visa you will have permission to stay for five years in the UK. After five years you will be able to apply for permanent residence in the UK as long as: you continue to meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules for United Kingdom Ancestry, and you have spent five years in employment in the UK in this way, without any long periods of time spent living outside the UK. So unless you plan to go back home after 5 years better do not think of going to other countries. If you should only plan a temporary stay in Europe and want to go back to your country you may of course also apply for a working holiday visa in Germany or France.
