I have a TxTag, Toll Tag or EZ Tag, why did I receive a bill?

If you are a TxTag, North Texas Tollway Authority (TollTag) or Harris County Toll Road Authority (EZ TAG) customer and have received a pay-by-mail bill, your tag was unable to be billed for your toll for some reason. There may be a problem with your tag, you may need to update your account with your current license plate number, something is wrong with your account, your account does not have money in it to pay your tolls, or there is some other problem with your tag account. In order to avoid penalties for late payments, you should make payment on the bill received, and contact your toll agency’s customer service center to determine and correct the cause of the tag not being read / billed.
