I have a trial membership. Why does OnlineSafetyPAL require a credit card?
We require a valid credit card for every OnlineSafetyPAL signup. This is to verify account information and ensure your identity. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos. We’re unable to accept checks, money orders and purchase orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your credit card will not be charged during your trial membership. Please note that we may validate your card by authorizing the membership fee at the time you sign up. No money leaves your account, but the authorization may show up on your statement for a short period of time before it lapses. Once you sign up for a full membership we will charge your account as per the billing information that you provide us with.
