Any loosening or “clicking” feeling, inside the heel of the grip is not supposed to happen, and we want to take a look at it. We will ask you to return the tool to us for a warranty review to evaluate the grip, and as long as there have been no modifications made or significant signs abuse to the grip, we will repair, replace or exchange it for you depending on its remaining warranty period.
