I have a supported BlackBerry running firmware version 4.5 or greater, why am I still not able to access the download page?
There may be settings on your BlackBerry smartphone that prevent us from properly identifying the device. Please open BlackBerry Browser and click the Options button to open the menu. From the menu, select Options and then go to Browser Options or Browser Configuration. If necessary, change the Browser Identification or Browser Emulator settings to “BlackBerry”. Settings other than “BlackBerry” will not allow us to properly identify your smartphone.
