I have a subscription to AOL or MSN and use the AOL browser or MSN browserr. When I try to access Blackboard through AOL or MSN why do I get an error message?

If AOL or MSN is your Internet Service Provider, use the AOL Browser or MSN Browser to log in. But then minimize the AOL or MSN Browser, and use Internet Explorer to access Blackboard. The AOL/MSB Browsers do not give dependable results in accessing Blackboard.
