There are a few coffeeshops around the airport, but they are a bit confusing to find. The best bet is to hop a train which leaves directly from beneath Schiphol Airport. It takes 15 minutes to reach Central Train Station in Amsterdam. From there you can walk directly across the street to the Central coffeeshop or to the Nieuwendijk to Blues Brothers and order whatever you like; I believe they have “space Products” which are edible/drinkable forms of hash and weed.
