If you have (2) red(24VAC source) wires going to your existing thermostat, possibly to a Rc and Rh terminal, we would suggest to check the voltage with a multimeter to determine how to wire: Check the AC voltage between the (2) red wires. If your meter shows a ‘floating’ value that is near zero or if your meter shows a ‘solid’ value that is also near zero, then you can just bring both Red wires back to the R terminal on our module. If your meter reads 48VAC then this is not OK and there are a couple of options for this: 1. Remove one transformer from your one of your systems and tie the Red wires together. 2. Try reversing the polarity on one of your transformers. Then check the red wires with your meter, as detailed above.
