Meriva is made from curcumin reacted with phosphatidylcholine, which is derived from soy. However, pure phosphatidylcholine has no soy protein or soy antigens in it. There is nothing else in Meriva that is derived from soy. So if you are mildly allergic to soy you should be able to tolerate Meriva. If you have a severe soy allergy consult your health-care practitioner before taking Meriva.
